In the heart of North Devon's rolling farmland and just 9 miles from Bideford, the tiny village of Stibb Cross is ideally placed for exploring all that this charming area has to offer. Leafy lanes and high hedgerows characterise the area and the surrounding network of footpaths and bridleways make for some outstanding country walking. The Tarka Trail is just 2 miles away, ideal for both walking and cycling. The stunning surfing beach at Westward Ho! is just 9 miles away, and the section of SW coastal path running from there through the beautiful cliffside village of Clovelly and on to Hartland Point passes through some of the region's most beautiful coastal scenery.

Perfect for exploring this peaceful area, the property is just 9 miles from the rolling surf and superb beach at Westward Ho!, or Bideford, with its historic quay and Elizabethan pannier market. The outstanding garden at RHS Rosemoor, nestling in the deeply wooded Torridge valley, is within easy driving distance, as are the wilds of Dartmoor and Exmoor. The SW Coast Path, which runs between Bideford and Hartland Point and passes through the beautiful cliffside village of Clovelly, makes for a great day out, while a superb country pub lies just a 5 minute stroll from the front door of the property. An ideal base for a relaxing break!

All ground floor. Open plan accommodation with twin beds, fitted kitchen, sitting area and dining area. Separate shower room with shower cubicle and basin. Separate WC.

Full oil central heating. 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, flat screen colour TV with DVD player. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small rear patio/garden with garden furniture & BBQ. Use of owner's extensive garden with 2.5 acre lake & woodland area. Coarse fishing available. One small well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Children are not accepted in this property. Note: There is an A-road approx 120 yards from property. As such there may be some occasional road noise.
