This tidy little cottage offers comfortable accommodation and has a sunny garden/patio at the back. A great base for enjoying the delights of Wensleydale and touring The Dales as a whole. Accommodation Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (with extra fold-up bed available on request). Ground floor shower room with WC and hand basin. Fitted kitchen. Sitting/dining room with electric fire. Entrance hall. Amenities Full central heating. Additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, colour TV, video, radio/CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Towel hire available. Cot and high chair on request. Pretty garden with sitting area. Off street parking for two cars. One well behaved pet welcome at extra charge of £10. Shops 1.5 miles (Leyburn), pub 5 mins walk.
