FREMINGTON NEAR REETH Reeth 0.5 miles; Richmond 10 miles. The villages of Grinton and Reeth are just a short walk away, offering good pubs and excellent places to eat. The historic market towns of Richmond and Leyburn are also within easy driving distance and offer a wide range of amenities.

| Previous Visitors' Comments | The cottage was comfortable and very organised and clean. It was a wonderful base for a terrific weekend walking. There was plenty of information available for us and we could relax and enjoy ourselves right from the moment we walked through the door on Friday night. Beautiful views from the living room and a lovely terraced eating area at the side which will be great when the weather is warmer! We will certainly be booking it again!!! Thanks very much for a wonderful weekend break away from it all.

Sep 2007 | It is ideal for walkers as once there you need not touch your car again unless you want to go further afield. Wonderful walks from the doorstep. The cottage has a lovely patio area with table and chairs where you can eat whilst looking out over the beautiful scenery - perfect.

Aug 2007 | Beautiful setting and placed perfectly for exploring the Dales. Less than an hour's drive to Darlington Station and major rail lines for day trips further afield. The cottage is located within an easy walk to a couple of good pubs. The cottage is comfortable and cosy. It is well maintained by a very helpful caretaker. We hope to return someday.

May 2007 | Fantastic hot water! Very, very helpful and nice caretaker. Cottage was spotlessly clean.
Lots of beautiful walks right on your doorstep. Perfect to get away from it all!

Apr 2007 | The cottage was very warm and cosy which was important as we had unseasonably cold weather! It is in a prime position for walking; and although in a quiet and peaceful location is within a short walk of Reeth centre where there are shops and pubs. We had everything we needed in the cottage. Overall the best thing was being able to literally put your boots on, go out of the front door and immediately be up in the hills without having to drive anywhere. We would definitely book again.
Miss Kelly, Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Mar 2007 | Cottage was in a great location with super views across to Reeth. The new patio being built while we were there will be great for summer users. We went on a number of different walks from the cottage door so didn't feel we needed to use the car very much.
