May 2008 | The large amount of space the property provided for our family and the whole atmosphere was totally relaxing both when it was fine and when it was wet the fire was especially when it rained. We all felt totally at home (from 3 to 65 )

Dec 2007 | This was our third year staying at Meadow Place and it was as clean and fresh as the first year. Meadow Place is a beautiful barn conversion and delightful to stay in, especially in winter with a roaring fire going. All rooms being an ensuite is a real bonus. We are already planning our fourth stay for next year!
Miss Barron, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Nov 2007 | Plenty of room for the party. The open fire and the dining facilities were appreciated. The outside set up was very good and allowed for outside activities where the dog could roam in complete safety.
Mr Lewis, Leicester, Leicestershire
Sep 2007 | The cottage was in an excellent location and everything was provided for plus nice little touches like milk and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The owners of the cottage had also provided information on things to do in the area which helped us to decide what to do on days out.
Mr Clasper, Ferryhill, Durham
Jun 2007 | The cottage was spacious and the facilities, especially the en-suite bathrooms were good. The cottage looked better than the brochure pictures. The village people were friendly and the location although built up around the cottage was very quiet. We were all impressed by the way the conversion had made the most of the space. We would recommend it and would return. The area is beautiful and in spite of the weather we were able to do a couple of long walks.
