The village itself has a lovely old church, two pubs both serving food and a village shop/post office. There are footpaths and bridleways in every direction and fishing is available nearby. An ideal location for exploring all of Swaledale and Teesdale.

A group of magnificent properties, sympathetically converted from lovely old stone barns and buildings and situated in part around an idyllic courtyard, just 5 minutes walk from the delightful village of Gilling West. The owners live in the farmhouse and provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors. The properties can be booked individually or as a group to accommodate larger gatherings.

The accommodation is all on the ground floor and has been furnished, equipped and decorated to a very high standard to make a superb holiday base. Care has been taken to retain the original character of the property and features include open beams and wooden floors.

All ground floor. 1 x double bedroom with four poster bed and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Delightful living room with kitchen/dining and sitting area, feature arch window overlooking courtyard. A bedsettee is available if needed.
