Sep 2005 | The cottage was very comfortable and roomy and in a very peaceful setting. The villages and countryside around were very pretty and we enjoyed a good variety of outings and walks, especially one from Adlestrop to Chastleton and back. Stow -on -the Wold, which is near by, is an attractive country town where we enjoyed browsing in the second hand bookshops. We also enjoyed excellent meals at the Fox in the village and the Horse and Groom in Upper Oddington. We enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very friendly and helpful.
