Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. A charming stone-built mews cottage situated in the pretty and tranquil village of Penmachno in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Penmachno has a new, highly rated Mountain Bike trail, two National Trust properties and a host of historical buildings and is a short distance from the impressive Conwy Falls and pretty Fairy Glen. There are abundant mountain and forest walks to enjoy in this beautiful area and fishing is available nearby on the River Machno, and Snowdon is just a short drive away. The cottage is tastefully decorated with antiques, and the woodburning stove makes it a warm and welcoming base for a holiday at any time of the year. Accommodation One bedroom: 1 x king size double with high beams and wonderful views, en-suite bathroom with original "tenement" bath, washbasin and WC. Open plan living area with well-equipped fitted kitchen, solid oak floored sitting/dining area with feature woodburning stove and stable door to garden and terrace.
