There's an abundance of castles, abbeys, churches and stately homes to visit, including the magnificent Castle Howard. Last, but not least, there's the glorious countryside - woodland and heather moorland, hills, dales and coast.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath with power shower over, basin and WC. Pretty sitting room with open fire. Fitted kitchen with dining area and door out to small, but sunny and sheltered, back yard area.

Heating from electric storage heaters and additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV, video etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Road side parking by cottage. Small front garden, small enclosed rear yard with garden furniture. Property not suitable for children under the age of 5. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub 2 mins walk, shop 2 miles (Hutton Le Hole), grocery shop 4 miles (Kirkbymoorside).
