Note: The property is accessed by a set of external steps. Accommodation 1 x double bedroom (also available as 2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom, with bath with shower over, washbasin and WC. Compact and well equipped fitted kitchen. Cosy sitting room with dining area and sofa bed. Amenities Gas fired central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, access to washer/dryer (in external utility room), combined colour TV/video, CD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Private enclosed garden with lawn, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Ample off road parking (with car port). Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
