Delabole Holiday Cottages
Close to Britain's deepest manmade hole and first commercial wind farm, our Delabole holiday cottages are located in and around this big Cornish village around a mile from the coast and two miles west of Camelford.
The wonderfully rugged, Atlantic coastline is famous for its long, breaking rollers and a paradise for surfers and other water sports' enthusiasts. The nearest surf school is at Trebarwith Strand, where there's also a pub and access to the coastal path - walking is perhaps the best way to get to know the area, with sensational scenery, historic sites and amazing flora and fauna. Or why not hire a bike and follow the Camel Trail, a 17-mile traffic-free path tracking the picturesque Camel Valley? Another favourite pastime is golf and there are top-class courses in the region like Bowood Park, St. Enodoc and Lanhydrock.
