Kite Buggying with Mobius

Someone kite buggying©

Can you imagine anything more fun than racing across the beach in your very own buggy, just inches above the sand as your kite pulls you along? We can’t, and that’s why kite buggying has made in onto our list. The folks over at Mobius offer excellent classes for beginners where you can learn how to get your buggy moving, steer with your feet and control your kite all in the picture perfect setting of Perranporth Beach. The speed of the buggy is controlled by using larger or smaller kites, insuring that kite-buggying is an activity that the whole family can enjoy together. It can take up to an hour-and-a-half to master the skills required for kite flying, so if you want more time in your buggy we would suggest booking one of the three or four hour sessions.

Price: Two hours £40, three hours £60, four hours £75. One-to-one lessons are available at an hourly rate. See website for more details.

Opening times: Open seven days a week all year round. Lesson start times depend on the beach space available and tide times so please check with Mobius before booking.
