Welcome to a shimmering expanse of water in Cumbria's glorious Eden Valley, the exact lake which inspired Wordsworth to write his famous poem, 'Daffodils'. It's a terrific place for a holiday and we've some lovely holiday cottages near to Lake Ullswater.

Totally dog-friendly, the elegant steamers glide across the waters allowing you to sit back and soak up the scenic sights. If you prefer to DIY, hire a rowing or motor boat, or learn how to sail or kayak at the sailing school.
