Edinburgh Gin Distillery’s biggest highlight is its Distillery Gin Tasting. The one-hour experience takes you on a journey of gin’s history in the UK and offers insight into the production process. Throughout the experience, you’ll savour five different gins and gin liqueurs!
The Gin Making Experience is equally as impressive, where you can create your very own bottle of dry gin. You’ll get to use one of Edinburgh Gin Distillery’s copper stills while learning about the distilling process. You’ll finish off the session by trying a homemade gin & tonic!
If you love cocktails, the distillery hosts an Edinburgh Gin Cocktail Experience. The distillery’s bartender will teach you about a range of gin cocktails; take note, as you’ll receive a quiz with prizes to be won at the end!
