skosh york

Dining at Skosh is a one-of-a-kind experience, with an open kitchen that is specifically intended for you to enjoy straightforward, yet exquisite food in a friendly setting.

Skosh, York

Neil Bentinck, the chef-owner, established the restaurant in the summer of 2016 in a newly renovated Grade II listed building, just a few steps from the Micklegate Bar, which dates back to the 12th century and serves as an entrance into the mediaeval city of York.

Food at Skosh is served in the form of small plates and snacks, allowing you to eat as little or as much as you wish while nibbling on the move. Alternatively, food can be delivered progressively course after course to provide you with a comprehensive dining experience if that is your preference.
