Snowshill Manor and Garden
Snowshill Manor and Garden was the intriguing home of the eccentric Charles Wade. During a tour of the property and it’s collections, you’ll get the chance to experience the architect and artist’s lifestyle first hand.
The collection of items here is truly eccentric, including a room dedicated to medieval treasures. In order to experience this up close, you’ll need to book a ticket in advance. The house and the Priest’s House, where Charles lived, are open between 11:30am – 4:30pm daily.
Within the 14 acres of land surrounding Snowshill Manor, you’ll find a beautiful Arts and Crafts garden, which is open between 11am – 5:30pm daily. You will need to pre-book to visit the garden, too.
Here you’ll see Charles’ intricate designs come to life, with gorgeous topiary and garden rooms in abundance.
After exploring the grounds of Snowshill Manor and Garden, why not stop at the café for a bite to eat? Alternatively, head to the shop to pick up a special gift.
