Traeth Lligwy
This sheltered sandy beach is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by stunning greenery and low sand dunes. Popular for swimming, fishing and a range of water sports, the water quality here is excellent.
Facilities include a beach café, parking and toilets. If you’re looking for something more, the village of Moelfre is half an hour’s walk along the coast path. The coast path can be taken from here in either direction, with stunning views promised whichever way you choose.
Dogs are welcome at this beach.
