Welcome to the Durham Dales in the North Pennines AONB and, in particular, Teesdale, naturally blessed with wild, open moorland and dense, wooded valleys.
Such splendid scenery encourages all kinds of outdoor pursuits, from cycling along the C2C Route and exhilarating cross-country hacks, to water sports and wonderful walks along numerous trails.
