Lose yourself on the Lizard Peninsula with a stay in one of our Porthleven holiday cottages.
Oozing charm and timeless appeal, Porthleven has bags of character, its tiny streets crammed with whitewashed cottages, elegant villas, attractive shops and stylish galleries. Pride of place, however, goes to the magnificent granite harbour built during Napoleonic times. When the tide's out, hit the beach for a lovely three-mile walk along the sands past the extraordinary Loe Bar sandbank and the National Trust's Penrose Estate. If the tide's in, simply clamber up the headland and join the coastal path.
