Scotland's oldest university dominates the town centre and there are also two fantastic beaches here, including West Sands of 'Chariots of Fire' fame.
Explore the picturesque fishing villages of East Neuk, with their cobbled streets and tiny harbours. Savour an award-winning fish supper in Anstruther, or fresh crab and lobster in Crail. Or have fun with the family on the sands of Elie's clean and safe, sandy beach.
