coastal paths of Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula - don't miss
the breathtaking cliff-top and beachside walk from Nefyn to
Porthdinllaen. Or head for the North Wales Path, stretching from
Bangor to Prestatyn.
Enjoy a full day's romp exploring the magical mountains of
Snowdonia, with scenic upland, riverside, lakeside and forest
trails in abundance. Or discover the equally impressive landscapes
of the Clwydian Range in the Borderlands.
A number of country estates allow dogs within the main grounds,
including Chirk Castle, Penrhyn Castle and Erddig. And if you fancy
something less energetic, hop aboard one of the delightful narrow
gauge steam trains - try the Bala Lake Railway, the Ffestiniog
Railway or the Welsh Highland Railway, which takes in the
mind-blowing Aberglaslyn Pass.
