1) Last Minute Breaks

When can I book a Last Minute Break?

Bookable within one week of the holiday start date.

How much does a Last Minute Break cost?

65% of the normal weekly rent or the discounted Winter Short Break price (if higher).

How long is a Last Minute Break?

There is a 3 night minimum charge. Additional nights are charged in proportion to the normal rental price.


2) Winter Short Breaks

When can I book a Winter Short Break?

A Winter Short Break can be booked at any time for the following dates:

  • 2nd November - 23rd December 2013
  • 6th January - 15th February, 2014
  • 22nd February - 5th April, 2014

How much does a Winter Short Break cost?

The reduced Winter Short Break price is different for every cottage. Once you have found a cottage you like, simply use the online 'Cottage Availability' calendar to see how much a cottage will cost for a 3 night break during any of the Winter dates above.

How long is a Winter Short Break?

There is a 3 night minimum charge. Additional nights are charged in proportion to the normal rental price.


3) Off Season Breaks

When can I book an Off Season Break?

Bookable one month before any of the following dates:

  • 29th September - 27th October, 2012
  • 13th April - 25th May, 2013
  • 28th September - 26th October, 2013

How much does an Off Season Break cost?

75% of the normal weekly rent or the Winter Short Break price (if higher).

How long is an Off Season Break?

There is a 3 night minimum charge. Additional nights are charged in proportion to the normal rental price.


4) Christmas / New Year Breaks

When can I book a Christmas / New Year Break?

Bookable at any time of the year for Christmas and New Year week.

How much does a Christmas / New Year Break?

85% of the normal weekly rent.

How long is a Christmas / New Year Break?

There is a 5 night minimum charge. Additional nights are charged in proportion to the normal rental price.
