and playwright, William Shakespeare. Visit his birthplace and enjoy
award-winning stage performances by the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Second the county town of Warwick and Warwick Castle. Tour its
elaborate state rooms, scale its ramparts, delve deep into its
dungeons and mooch around its gardens designed by
'Capability' Brown. Both towns offer a wide assortment of
interesting shops, stylish tearooms and gourmet restaurants, not to
mention a full racing calendar for exciting days out on the turf.
Explore the countryside all around your Warwickshire cottage.
Enjoy canal-side walks, cycling along cross-country trails and
leisurely drives along quiet country lanes. Stop for refreshments
in pretty villages with cosy pubs oozing character and charm. Look
out for local fetes and farmers' markets - great for sourcing

Visit stately homes like Baddesley Clinton, an atmospheric manor
with moat and Coughton Court, a fine Tudor residence with
