We ha a great week staying in Cot Valley Cottage. We were greeted by a warm bright cosy home with a welcome basket of delicious goodies with the added bonus of a bottle of wine. The setting is beautiful and relaxing, with a river running along side. The bed was super comfy we couldn't have wished for anything more. Our hosts made sure we had everything needed and were very helpful. I would definitely return

Lovely place, perfect for 4 people with ample parking. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need provided. Excellent location, nice and quiet if you just want to get off grid but also close enough to plenty of places if you want to get out and explore. The hot tub was great and it was fun feeding the alpacas!
The welcome gifts were much appreciated and a lovely touch. Was nice to meet Ollie and Becky who were easily contactable on the rare occasion we needed anything.
Highly recommended, we had a wonderful break.

Superb holiday property!
From the generous arrival hamper; the children’s play park; the large pile of wood for the woodburner; integrated Sonos; Netflix subscription; quality of kitchen and bathroom fixtures; and cleanliness, this is comfortably up there as one of the best holiday properties we’ve stayed at over many years of holidaying in the area.
Fabulous location as well. Footpaths almost straight out of the door crisscross all over the Helford.

We have just come back from the most amazing week at The Granary. This house is faultless, every little detail is thought of including the things for our dog and the quality of everything is of the highest standard. We cannot speak high enough of this house and we were so so sad to be leaving but so grateful for the most perfect week.

This place ticked all our boxes. Beautifully decorated property. Lovely huge hot tub, garden was enclosed so perfect for our dog. Great enclosed separate dog walk area too. Pig House was spotless and everything had been thought of, and the welcome gifts of local produce was a lovely touch too and delicious!! We would definitely recommend and will be booking again!

Sennen Skies is a stunning holiday rental that truly exceeds expectations. The house itself is beautifully designed, with exceptional art and décor that give it a unique and stylish character. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful hamper — not just for us, but for our dogs too, which was such a lovely touch. The location is fantastic, not far from the breathtaking Sennen Beach. A perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

Without doubt, the best property we have ever stayed in.
Without doubt, the best property we have ever stayed in. The location is superb and every aspect of the house had been so well planned and contributed to what was a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable break for all of us. As a family of 11, ages ranging from 11 to 82, there was something for everybody. There was a slight hiccough on arrival as the owner hadn't been notified of our bed configuration request, but this was very quickly and efficiently resolved and we all had a great time. We'll definitely be back.

This wonderful studio apartment was one of the very best Sykes properties I've stayed in over the last seven or eight years. It was a great marriage of a rustic-for-the-area-exterior and a cozy, comfortable, stylish interior with all the modern conveniences and thoughtful preparedness you could desire. So, an easily removal night light/torch was available to negotiate the village paths at night which were unlit and even a slow cooker to work hard whilst those staying were out enjoying themselves. A very comfortable bed and an effective shower we're also on the hand. There were plenty of walks on the doorstep (and loads of uptodate info, leaflets about them etc) and the village itself, including its church, was very quaint. The village shop was much more extensively stocked than I expected and the Game Cock pub less than five minutes away was a delightful place to eat as was the Traddock Hotel literally across the road. Parking on the property was an additional treat and Alec and Pip were as organised, friendly and hospitable hosts as I've ever experienced with Sykes. One to return too.
