The Shed is the go-to place for firm favourites, whether you fancy a mouth-watering burger, seafood tapas or some warming Italian cuisine. And, according to owners, brothers Tobias and Rory Lamb, all dishes are all made with their secret ingredient: love.

The Ranch

What’s to love: The sister restaurant of The Shed, The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill prides itself on sourcing the best cuts of meat from top butchers across the country to serve to its meat-hungry customers. If you want to sink your teeth into a juicy fillet, rib eye or T-bone, the Ranch won’t disappoint. The Lamb brothers are aiming to carve The Ranch as Falmouth’s premier meat restaurant and, judging from reviews online, it seems they are well on their way to realising that goal.

The Wheel House

What’s to love: If you’re a fan of seafood, this small shellfish restaurant and café is definitely not to be missed. It’s an extremely popular eatery – the stellar TripAdvisor reviews speak for themselves – and booking in advance is an absolute must. The simple and value-for-money dishes of crab, mussels, scallops and other seafood are praised for their excellent cooking. The friendliness of the staff and the personal service they offer is another big crowd-pleaser.

The Cove is located on stunning Maenporth Beach, one of Falmouth’s best, so you can soak up some sun before heading over to the restaurant.
