Start your search

Using the Sykes App, you can look through the same catalogue of cottages you would see on the website to find your perfect UK holiday.

If you spot a property you like, simply tap on the heart icon in the top right corner to store the cottage in your favourites. When you click the favourites tab, you can see all the properties you have saved across all your devices. On the home screen of the app, you can view any recently viewed properties too!

Additionally, our interactive map shows all of our amazing properties located across the country. You can zoom in on a specific area of the UK and make sure that the cottage you book is close to the beach, national parks or your favourite attractions.

Booking your next trip

The booking process could not be simpler, and you can feel confident knowing that our process is safe and secure. Once you have booked your holiday, you have so many tools to manage your booking. For example, you can share booking details with friends and family, organise the key collection and follow directions to your property.

There is even a holiday countdown in the app – so you can get organised and excited about your trip!

The App Help Centre

In the account tab, you can find the app help centre. Here, you can find our FAQ and get any help and advice you may need on your booking!

Whilst on holiday you can also access the message centre to speak directly to the owners of the property or the Sykes customer service team, if you need assistance or want to extend your stay.

Remember to opt-in to receive push notifications and stay up to date with the latest offers and helpful reminders about your stay.
