What is the difference between a fully and partially managed service?

From the cleaning and laundry to the maintenance and key collection a fully managed service looks after every aspect of your property. If you choose for just one or two of these services, you’re opting for a partially managed service. For example, you may choose to have a cleaning and laundry service at your property but would prefer to carry out any maintenance work yourself.

There are lots of different things that will help your guests enjoy the warmest of welcomes, and a simple welcome pack waiting on arrival is often the icing on the cake! This could be anything from a selection of guides to local attractions, a list of the nearest shops and restaurants, a pack of essentials or even just a pint of milk and a packet of biscuits.
