We want to make sure we do our bit to create a cleaner, greener and fairer future for all by introducing new ways of working that make a positive social and environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>Our strategy and objectives will continue to evolve to ensure we\u2019re focusing in the right places \u2013 and delivering change that\u2019s the most beneficial and aligned with best practice scientific recommendations. We are committed to doing business fairly; paying fair wages to all employees; and promoting inclusion and equality so colleagues bring their best selves to work every day.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve signed up to the <a href=\"https:\/\/betterbusinessact.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Better Business Act<\/a> and are one of the founding members of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukforgood.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UK For Good initiative<\/a> \u2013 joining hundreds of like-minded companies also looking to do the right thing \u2013 and are working to rubber-stamp this with B Corp certification.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>FY22 Highlights<\/h2>\n<p>2022 saw a tremendous amount of success for our staff, community and impact initiative.
