    ??? everything we needed was there, me and my daughter alone with her dog???? had a lovely time , it's situated on a lovely site too and just a short walk to the shops and beach, and but and train station just a short distance away ???? I would highly recommend this place ????

    The caravan had everything we needed. It was spotless and in a good position. The camp was great. It was a walkable distance to Skegness. The weather was amazing. A perfect break!

  • "Absolutely lovely stay over Easter weekend."

    The caravan is spacious, clean, modern and a perfect space to use as a base while visiting the local area. Tesco is a couple of minutes drive it the on site shop is well priced. We will definitely be booking again.

  • "Myself and my mum enjoyed our holiday lovely clean caravan with everything we needed, very comfortable beds ,and the site was great too with laundry, shops and entertainment, it's even got a playarea for the dog, who loved it in the enclosure specifically for dogs, I would highly recommend this caravan and the site ?"

  • "Lovely caravan, We hired because sons and their families had booked same week,we wanted to surprise them."

    I did work but backed fired, They both had caravans facing and guess who ended up babysitting. The weather was bad but we enjoyed the rest and the caravan was very clean, everything you needed. Will book again.

    Caravan spotlessly clean, beds etc comfortable, and in general very well equipped. Stayed on this site several times and it suits us. Ten minute walk into Skegness, few minutes in car and also a few minutes to supermarkets. Would stay again in this caravan no problem

The property

A lovely Swift Burgundy 32' x12' two-bedroomed caravan with a double bed in one and two singles in the other, waiting to welcome careful holidaymakers and their Pets. The caravan is sited on a very well looked after park with lots of amenities. 9 million pounds was spent in 2023 upgrading and refurbishing the site.With a outside piazza,outside seating area and a giant TV screen for you sports lovers.New outside bar with separate gift shop,Restaurant and bar,and a clubhouse bar and arcade with a giant entertainment stage,with seating for many many 100"s.it's a "gem" of a site now,even though I say so myself. The caravan is classed as a 6-berth van, but I have purposely restricted the number of guests to 4 to achieve a more relaxed and open caravan experience.Yes that may give me fewer enquiries/bookings but i think the latter outweighs the former. 2 hard-standing car bays are available at the side of the caravan for use throughout your stay. Up to 2 dogs allowed The van is fully double glazed with gas central heating to all rooms and in the lounge there is also an electric heat blowing fitted fire (as shown in one of the photos.)as well as a large radiator too. Finally, the caravan is a southerly facing one, so it will receive the best of the sun from sunrise to sunset so let's hope it does its best throughout all of your no doubt well-deserved breaks in 2025. All the van is cleaned and bedding washed and changed by myself after each guests visit. So it's always left very clean and tidy ready for my next guests holiday.
