Social Media Executive

The role of the Social Media Executive involves implementing the online marketing strategy in order to grow and better engage our brands audience via social media. The purpose of the role is to oversee the organic social media activity, including the content promoted across numerous social platforms, responding to messages and comments in order to maximise reach and engagement and simultaneously reducing the impact of any negative engagements. In addition, the post holder will need to work with other teams such as video, design and the digital media team in order to maximise the benefit for social media. The Social Media Executive must be an ambassador for Social Media across the business, with a good knowledge of the company from a consumer perspective as well as it’s processes, properties and people.

UX Designer

The UX designer will apply their design skills to create aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly web design - quickly implementing ideas and suggestions as part of a fast-moving programme of change designed to increase conversion - on both project work and regular, incremental updates to the website design.
