Our Leadership Team

Here's a quick summary on each of our leadership team.

Graham Donoghue
(Chief Executive Officer)

Joined the business in 2016 having most recently been Group Chief Product Officer at Moneysupermarket Group, and previously holding managing director and board roles at Moneysupermarket and TUI.

Michael Graham
(Chief Finance Officer)

Michael started his career with PwC. An experienced CFO with a strong background in private equity investments. He joined Sykes Cottages in June 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer.

James Shaw
(Chief Marketing Officer)

Experienced Digital Marketing expert with a background in building Digital Marketing operations globally. He joined Sykes Cottages in February 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer.

Bev Dumbleton
(Chief Operating Officer)

Bev is an experienced Operations expert with over 30 years working within the Travel Industry, both within Sales and Support functions. She has a history of streamlining operational functions with a clear focus on Operational excellence. Bev joined the team in May 2016.

Matt Prescott
(Director of Product)

Responsible for all consumer facing Products, Matt has extensive knowledge and experience in building customer focused Product teams with a data-driven approach.

Ric Saunders
(Director of Revenue Management)

Ric Joined Sykes in October 2017 having spent 7 years in Transport and Retail. He qualified as a management accountant in 2008 and has held both Senior Commercial Finance as well as General Manager Roles.

Harriet Kerr
(Commercial Director)

Harriet has a wealth of experience and success in business development, account management and commercial analysis. She has held senior roles at STA Travel & BUNAC before joining Sykes in January 2019.

Michaela joined Sykes in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at EY. An experienced, commercially minded, finance professional who has supported and led Sykes’ successful acquisition programme, including the purchase of our first international business outside of the UK in New Zealand.

Adam joined Sykes in February 2008 as a Developer. He has been a fundamental growing and developing the technology behind what makes Sykes the successful industry-leading business it is today.

Margaret Wallace (Head of Human Resources)

Margaret joined Sykes in July 2017 and is a highly experience HR professional with significant strategic and operational leadership skills having held many senior HR roles in various industries.
