Our Leadership Team

Here's a quick summary on each of our leadership team.

Graham Donoghue
(Chief Executive Officer)

Joined the business in 2016 having most recently been Group Chief Product Officer at Moneysupermarket Group, and previously holding managing director and board roles at Moneysupermarket and TUI.

Michael Graham
(Chief Finance Officer)

Michael started his career with PwC. An experienced CFO with a strong background in private equity investments. He joined Sykes Cottages in June 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mike Rivis
(Chief Technology Officer)

Responsible for the technology infrastructure of the business, new development and data. Previously held management roles at Plusnet, Great Rail Journeys and Inntravel (where he worked as a Financial Controller).

James Shaw
(Chief Marketing Officer)

Experienced Digital Marketing expert with a background in building Digital Marketing operations globally. He joined Sykes Cottages in February 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer.

Bev Dumbleton
(Chief Operating Officer)

Bev is an experienced Operations expert with over 30 years working within the Travel Industry, both within Sales and Support functions. She has a history of streamlining operational functions with a clear focus on Operational excellence. Bev joined the team in May 2016.

Peter de Vere
(HR Director)

Peter joined Sykes in July 2016 having most recently been Group HR Director at Aurum Holdings and previously held HRD roles in both Leisure and Digital businesses.

Matt Prescott
(Director of Product)

Responsible for all consumer facing Products, Matt has extensive knowledge and experience in building customer focused Product teams with a data-driven approach.

Ric Saunders
(Director of Revenue Management)

Ric Joined Sykes in October 2017 having spent 7 years in Transport and Retail. He qualified as a management accountant in 2008 and has held both Senior Commercial Finance as well as General Manager Roles.
