  • "Absolutely stunning home, by far the best we have ever stayed in, the road up to it is abit tight but definitely worth it when you get there."

Would recommend and definitely go again.

  • "A wonderful property, clean, smart, comfortable and stylish."

Every convenience was provided, every detail attended to. Loved the fluffy towels and the wonderful generous goodies left for us. The view from the cottage was gorgeous. However the road to and from the property is narrow and steep, so beware.

  • "Wonderful place to stay."

Really appreciated the welcome pack with easter gifts for the kids. Almost felt it was too nice to bring the dog, but glad it was pet friendly. We covered the sofas with our own blankets as we always do with kids and the dog. Its a narrow lane to get there but you get used to it as the week goes on. So many dog owners in the area so great for our dog to socialise. Its close to so many amenities that my husband commented on how much he’d saved in petrol and how nice it had been for him to not have to drive so much. Its clean, modern and plush. A bit disappointing to go home actually!

  • "Lovely property, beautifully clean and comfortable."

We stayed here in a cold, wet March and were cosy and warm. It's tucked away up a steep hill in narrow streets that some may find difficult to navigate, but once you get there, it's a delight, with a wonderful view of Colwyn Bay. The ground floor bedrooms are ideal for elderly or disabled. The upstairs bedroom, while quaint, has a sloping roof which my brother banged his head on quite badly!

Great views from the dining table over Colwyn Bay and right along the coast. It was probably the best ever welcome pack that we have had in any holiday property. Thank you to Gill and Iwan for such a relaxing and enjoyable week at their property.

  • "The photos looked nice but didn’t do justice to such a beautiful house."

The view from the dining table was breathtaking. Everything was spotlessly clean and good quality. A delicious selection of food was there on arrival, even a pack of dog treats. We have booked many Sykes holiday homes before and would highly recommend Bryn Cae.
