  • "Cottage was very comfortable and all amenities worked well."

Would recommend anyone interested in walking to stay here (unfortunately due to weather couldn't do much) No fuel starter pack left. Curtain hooks broken in most rooms. Banister loose just need tightened as slightly wobbly. Downstairs twin room could do with curtains or blinds over glass wall into hall.

  • "This is a big comfortable house with a large garden It was well equipped - lots of space to hang up wet gear and in a great location - within walking distance of the town but with country walks straight from the house."

We really enjoyed our stay. 2 small issues were: a) the sign at the front could do with repainting (hard to read in the dark) and b) I found it hard to close the garden patio doors again after opening them Might be worth checking they are OK/ leave some idiot proof instructions?

  • "Meadowside Farm is a lovely, comfortable, spacious and welcoming house."

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The large bathroom downstairs was particularly great, and we would suggest that you show the shower cubicle in the photos too! The garden was well maintained, and we appreciated the speed at which you sorted out the TV problem. The location of the house is great, not too far from Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh. It was a great place to come back to at the end of a busy day. Thank you.

  • "We were four golfers who make an annual trip to Scotland."

We wanted a base for courses in the Perth and Dundee areas and, as older folk, we each like our own space/bedroom! Meadowside Farm lived up to its billing and we thoroughly enjoyed the space and comfort offered by the property. The kitchen/dining room was a great communal space and the 2.5 bathrooms met the needs of four individuals. The garden area is beautiful and it was just a shame that we never had the weather to properly enjoy it. The nearest pub is about a 15-20 minute walk (one-way) as is the Indian/Fish & Chips/mini-supermarket. Highly recommended.
