"We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and were very sad to leave Cromallt."
The bungalow is exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean, conveniently located, spacious, warm and inviting. We really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco and snacks on arrival and the children were thrilled with the 'surprise' in the garage! Aberfeldy is (and has been for many years) a very special place for us and Cromallt makes the perfect base to explore all that the area has to offer. We'd absolutely love to return.
"Enjoyed a lovely week at Cromallt."
The house is in a great location. It is quiet yet an easy to walk to all that Aberfeldy has to offer - shops, cafes, gallery, swimming pool, cinema and beautiful walks. The house was warm, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Many thanks

Away for a family retreat, this cottage was very well equipped. It was very spacey and plenty room for all 7 of us. The garden was lovely and enclosed, safe for the kids to play. We will definitely be back!

"It was in a quiet area yet 5mins from the town."
The bungalow was very spacious and well equiped I asked if they had a bbq they said they hadn't but they bought one and it arrived the day we arrived. We did lots of exploring Loch ness Crieff and Loch Lomond scenery is beautiful.Would love to go back.
"We have stayed in a lot of self catering cottages but this was like a home from home."
The kitchen was stocked with every gadget required. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean as was the kitchen. Beds and bed linen were immaculate. The garden is dog safe as long as you don't have springer spaniels!! Ours went bounding over the gate on a few occasions but that is not likely to be problem for most families and their dogs. The house is a only a few minutes walk from Aberfeldy centre - perfect! We would stay her again.
"What a wonderful comfortable home."
It was just like a home from home experience. Everything required was provided. Even had nice comfy beds which isn't that common I find. The bungalow was ideal both internally, externally and the position, near everything but quiet enough. The garden was lovely too. Walks in the area are fabulous, especially the riverside walks, which my 2 beagle girls and myself loved. Lots of wonderful scenery every which way you go and plenty to do. I would thoroughly recommend this bungalow.

About the location
Pitlochry 14 miles; Perth 31 miles.
The market town of Aberfeldy stands on the River Tay amidst beautiful scenery in rural Perthshire. Famous for its association with Burns and his poem The Birks Of Aberfeldy, and also the bridge built for General Wade in 1733, Aberfeldy is just south of Glen Lyon, known as the longest, loneliest, and loveliest glen in Scotland. There is much to attract the visitor in addition to the spectacular scenery. There is a 10 mile riverside walk for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as numerous paths through forest and countryside. In addition, Aberfeldy is on the Rob Roy Way and Cycle Route 7. Whitewater rafting on the River Tay is an exhilarating way to enjoy the scenery. Castle Menzies is a wonderful 16th century castle, now fully restored and open to visitors. Take a distillery tour at Dewar’s World of Whisky on the edge of town. Sample the many bars, restaurants and cafes in the town and explore the galleries and craft shops, including the Scottish Chocolate Centre. The Scottish Crannog Centre offers a glimpse into Iron Age life and Loch Tay offers a multitude of watersports, while Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park are on your doorstep. An hours drive brings you to 30 Munros, just waiting to be 'bagged'!
