Tregarth is a light, bright and spacious four-bedroom situated close to Amlwch on the Isle of Anglesey.
There are walks directly from the property with views of the sea and surrounding countryside and a walk or short car drive will take you to a number of fantastic beaches and access to the 129 miles of coastal path...
There are suggestions for the different beaches, to explore and activities to join, in the house.
The property lies within three acres of land and offers sweeping views of the sea and coast from its elevated position.
Immediately around the house is a lovely lush garden, with mature shrubs and trees.
You can then take a walk on your ‘own land’, up the hill to a view of the distant lighthouse and Parys Mountain, the site of (visitable) disused Copper Mines, for which Amlwch is famous.
The land is a paradise for children to explore.
There are rabbits and pheasants to watch on the lawns and sometimes the red squirrels for whom Anglesey is a rare haven.
The living accommodation of this property consists of a large sitting room, lovely light conservatory and adjoining modern kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook at home.
The sitting room makes the most of the fantastic sea views with a wide bay window to one side, while the feature fireplace makes a great focal point, as well a good place to warm up on a chilly evening.
The 55” TV is internet linked and there is excellent wifi throughout the house.
The sitting room leads into the bright conservatory and dining area with a table to seat up to 12 and comfortable seating for relaxing too; this room makes a great spot for sharing a home-cooked meal together, while enjoying the view of the lush and green back garden.
On this floor, you will also find three comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all with plenty of storage space.
There is a modern family bathroom with bath and excellent shower and a separate bathroom with shower as well.
The bedrooms are flexible.
Two of them, one with sea views and the other with views onto the back garden, can be configured as double or twins and the third has a super kingsize bed and extensive sea views.
There is a fourth downstairs snug, where a child’s bed or cot can be placed.
On the first-floor there is a beautiful bedroom with elegant kingsize bed, dressing room and bathroom with a shower; the bedroom features a glorious balcony where you can sit out to admire the sea and countryside around.
There is always something to see, whether just the play of light on the waves, or liners on their way to or from Liverpool.
On a clear day you can see the outline of the Isle of Man.
The large garden itself offers outside seating and has two large ponds for paddling and watching wildlife (but watch toddlers please!).
Tregarth lies just off the road connecting popular Anglesey destinations Amlwch (5 minutes), Moelfre (15 minutes) and Benllech (17 minutes).
Amlwch has a large Co-op with very good opening hours and some other useful shops for hardware and gifts.
There are a couple of pubs there and Moelfre and Benllech offer other eating and drinking venues.
Beaumaris with its castle, interesting shops and excellent restaurants is a 30 minute drive with lovely views of Snowdonia on the way.
Tregarth is a wonderful property, maybe for two families sharing or one family who want to spread out and explore the rich treasures of this stunning part of the U.K.
