  • "The house was amazing, and the views were breathtaking."

It was huge all the rooms were an amazing size and we really enjoyed the way they were decorated. We also found the place very well equipped. My only slight concern was that the bottom floor felt a bit cold, but the owner provided many blankets so it wasn't an issue at all. Thanks for providing such a brilliant house. I would 100% hire again.

  • "We were two families of four."

We had a lovely stay. The location of the property was excellent for exploring Snowdonia and Anglesey. There were a few areas of the property that were not cleaned thoroughly but on the whole we were very happy.

  • "Pier View is an excellent base to explore the area from."

The owner went to a lot of trouble to ensure that there is everything you could possibly want or need, the house is very well equipped and it is a great house for a large group. There is a wonderful view of the Menai Straits and the Pier, and it is a great spot at low tide if you are a bird watcher - we saw great egrets, curlews, herons and oyster catchers. The garden is small but it is a lovely suntrap and we had several meals at the garden table in the sunshine. The street is narrow and parking is very limited, but we found plenty of parking at the Pier and you can leave your vehicle there overnight for £1.50 (pay on entry and have a stack of 50p coins). We hope to come back some time in the future.
