“On arrival the house was still dirty.”

Dirty glasses and mugs in the cupboard, dust under the dining table, foods debris in the cutlery drawer. There was no mattress or bedding for the cot, only one towel for a whole week.

Dirty glasses and mugs in the cupboard, dust under the dining table, foods debris in the cutlery drawer. There was no mattress or bedding for the cot, only one towel for a whole week. The parking was very difficult and we do not think 3 cars could park there. The what 3 words description was incorrect.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. I am so sorry that you found Bryn Mor to be lacking during your stay last week. We take great pride in presenting our house to guests in a way that should be welcoming and problem free. I will mention the issues around cleanliness to our housekeeper to doubly ensure the cupboards are checked thoroughly prior to arrivals. With regard to the travel cot, we have taken on board customer feedback which has indicated that people prefer to bring their own bedding for the cot, particularly as little ones can be so sensitive. I have asked Menai Holidays to note this on our website listing to avoid any future misunderstandings. Two towels are provided per guest for the week, one bath towel and one hand towel. We do also provide hand towels for the three bathrooms - I feel this is in line with standard letting procedures. There is a full laundry available (washing machine and separate tumble dryer) too should you wish for a refresh midweek. With regard to parking we do understand that it takes a little bit of maneuvering to get the three cars onto the drive. Unfortunately it was made in the 1930's when there weren't as many on the road and they were much smaller. - Sykes owner relations

The main sitting room is just lovely and bright in the summer and cosy in the colder months.

There are solid oak floors, comfy blue sofas, an open fire and a flat screen TV with DVD player for your entertainment.

There are also a good mix of DVDs and board games, a Bose iPod dock, and plenty of books.

On a slightly raised area there’s a long table, ideal for playing all those board games on! There is another sitting room with a sofa, chaise longue, TV and DVD player and a door that opens out onto a terrace.

Out here is a great place to sit and soak up some sunshine and the views across the Anglesey countryside.

The large, modern shaker style kitchen has an AGA, electric oven, fridge, freezer, 2 dishwashers, microwave and toaster.

The washing machine/dryer is located in a separate utility.

Large dining table and chairs for family meals and a door leading out onto the sun terrace. On the ground floor is a shower room that also has a loo and wash hand basin. The bedrooms consist of four good-sized double rooms and a twin room. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin.

You’ll also find a further shower room with shower, loo and wash hand basin. The large garden is gorgeous!

It’s left purposefully natural with a lawned area, a sun terrace with pretty views and garden furniture for you to sit out on and relax.

There is a further sun terrace accessed from the dining area with garden furniture.

Outside there is also parking for 2-3 cars with care.

Bryn Mor is a holiday house that has it all - lovely location, great gardens and a lovely interior.

What’s more, depending on the tide, you don’t have to take the car to get a pint of local beer at the Ship Inn at Red Wharf Bay!

About the location

Beaumaris 3 miles; Benllech 7 miles; Red Wharf Bay 7 miles.

Llanddona is a small village on the Isle of Anglesey. Famous for its magnificent Blue Flag beach, the village also contains a local pub. The beach stretches across Red Wharf Bay to Benllech. The bay is very shallow and at low tide almost 25 square kilometres (10 sq. mi.) of sand is uncovered and provides safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. The large bay attracts a huge number of waterfowl and wading birds, including shell duck, grey plover, purple sandpipers, curlew, oystercatchers and dunlin. Only 3 miles away is the delightful medieval town of Beaumaris which boasts a 13th century moated castle, lovely buildings housing excellent shops, "olde worlde" pubs, restaurants, bistros, museums, as well as a golf course and exciting pleasure boat and sea fishing trips. This is a beautiful location on the east coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey.
