“Our first calendar booking with Sykes although we have an earlier booking for next year, This was a lovely property, remote and a few quirks that i exchanged texts with the owner on but the house has a charm that you could fall in love with and views which were excellent, we also saw the famous red squirrels.”

Car essential to get anywhere and i , as a nearly 50 year old, struggled up the hill from the beach after an early morning dog walk. If you want to get away and reset in comfort, this is a great place to do it. Thanks for the memories, 3 generations stayed and we all had our own space which is important. Colin

The property

Bryn Mor is a holiday house set in glorious, peaceful countryside on Anglesey.

You’ll have the added benefit of a long stretch of golden sandy beach close by, too!

Bryn Mor is in an ideal location for making the most of what this lovely south east corner of Anglesey has to offer. This is a holiday house with multiple personalities - contemporary and 1930s furnishings combine to create an interesting interior feel.

The main sitting room is just lovely and bright in the summer and cosy in the colder months.

There are solid oak floors, comfy blue sofas, an open fire and a flat screen TV with DVD player for your entertainment.

There are also a good mix of DVDs and board games, a Bose iPod dock with CD player, and plenty of books.

On a slightly raised area there’s a long table, ideal for playing all those board games on! There is another sitting room with a sofa, chaise longue, TV and DVD player and a door that opens out onto a terrace.

Out here is a great place to sit and soak up some sunshine and the views across the Anglesey countryside.

The large, modern shaker style kitchen has an AGA, electric oven, fridge, freezer, 2 dishwashers, microwave and toaster.

The washing machine/dryer is located in a separate utility.

Large dining table and chairs for family meals and a door leading out onto the sun terrace where you’ll find a barbecue. On the ground floor is a shower room that also has a loo and wash hand basin. The bedrooms consist of four good-sized double rooms and a twin room. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin.

You’ll also find a further shower room with shower, loo and wash hand basin. The large garden is gorgeous!

It’s left purposefully natural with a lawned area, a sun terrace with pretty views and garden furniture for you to sit out on and relax.

There is a further sun terrace accessed from the dining area with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Outside there is also parking for 3 cars.

Bryn Mor is a holiday house that has it all - lovely location, great gardens and a lovely interior.

What’s more, depending on the tide, you don’t have to take the car to get a pint of local beer at the Ship Inn at Red Wharf Bay!
