"The cottage had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and sofa and large bathroom."
The kitchen had sachets of coffee, tea, jam, butter and biscuits included when we arrived, which was a welcoming touch.
The cottage is above a shop, which was vacant when we arrived, but was being re-fitted by new owners. They seemed friendly. There are two pubs on the street, one immediately opposite (George and Dragon), and one further up the road on the same side (Bold Arms). You will need to park in the main car park on The Green or a bit further up the road, as there are double yellows outside the cottage. This didn’t cause us any problems. The cottage has a metal, spiral staircase from the lounge up to the bedrooms. This was fine for us, but don’t take anyone with mobility problems who can’t manage these sorts of stairs. We liked it enough to consider booking again.

"This was a lovely and really well equipped , cosy liitle cottage (actually a two story appartment above a small shop) in a nice location with lots to see and do nearby."
Unfortunately we struggled a bit with loss of internet during the first days of our stay, but the owners went out of their way to resolve the issue.
The appartment was very well maintained, had lots of kitchen utensils with the little details that make your stay comfortable available, like cling foil, dish washing fluid and kitchen towels, as well as a first supply of bread, milk, butter and marmelade awaiting us on our arrival. Really very much appreciated and makes the little difference compared to other locations we have been to before.
There is just one thing you should at least be aware of before booking. There is little to none (on overcast days) mobile signal available.
If that does not bother you you will be very happy there.
We will definitely return.

"A compact, clean and comfortable open plan living space, with clean tidy well equipped kitchen to one end."
Big telly, comfy sofa/ armchair and the all important wi fi facilitate any distractions one might need. Up the robust space saving novelty metal spiral staircase the beds were firm and comfortable with sunny beach themed bathroom and proper shower with instant hot water on demand. The linen provided was perfectly fine, of what we made use of and could see. A bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, a loaf of local bread and some milk welcomed us on arrival. The owner had clearly gone to enormous lengths to dress up the living room in tasteful festive decor, which added a cheerful ambience to the somewhat gloomy short winter days. We enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend.

.. it isn't and, hasn't been a Chilli shop for a very long time. Parking costs out of date. Property could do with some larger mirrors in bathroom and main bedroom (for shaving and hair drying).

"Good location of the apartment, comfortable beds and a nice hamper to arrive to."
On the downside we had no central heating for hours after we arrived due to the boiler not working, the windows in the bedrooms and bathroom all need replacing and are full of mould, and there are very strange noises in the middle of the night. Quite glad we only stayed for a few days but it is a good location for sightseeing.

"We had a great short break, the apartment was clean and well appointed throughout."
The beds were extremely comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of bed!
On arriving it was very cold, but we managed to get the heating on, it took a little while to warm up and it was quite cosy after a couple of hours.
The bathroom window does not close, I think the frame needs replacing.
The plastic/rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door needs replacing it is brown with mould on the inside where it is impossible to clean.

"Wonderful break away."
The small haven was just that. Pictures and description were spot on. Easy to arrange access. On arrival we were welcomed with a lovely little hamper of milk bread coffee biscuits. Spotlessly clean, nice and homely decor. The bed was so comfortable. Everything you need on the doorstep, spar, ice cream shop, tea rooms, deli, lots of great friendly pubs. If I was to nit pick the spiral staircase is a bit difficult to navigate with cases and if you’ve had a few in the pub but it suits the property perfectly. Car park nearby £4 per day. Thank you for such a lovely refreshing weekend

"This property is great, every little touch attended to."
.. a real gem and great value. Beds were very comfortable with lovely smooth bed linen and extra blankets. There was copious amounts of hot water, a power shower and fluffy towels. The whole flat had a beach theme with lovely local art prints as well. Yes it’s across the road from a pub and there was some noise but it didn’t bother us... it was outweighed by the convenience of being in the centre of the town. Parking £20 for the week on the green ... a must. Tapas restaurant was our favourite but also had some great meals at the Pier House. All in all Beaumaris definitely worth a visit.

Although the late hours at the adjacent pubs can be noisy. May bother some visitors more than us.
We will be back to Beaumaris, as we loved it, especially the food & drink festival. Next time we will look to get somewhere with an outside area.
Suggestions for the flat; larger towels, it was great to have a bath with loads of hot water available to lounge in but could do with big bath towels afterwards. Also could do with a teapot( I bought one from the charity shop but it was unfortunately pink & the glaze was damaged but ok for the week)
