“Apartment was absolutely immaculate, we spoke to the ladies who were cleaning when we arrived, we were a bit early, and they were very friendly, told us a few local places to get a sandwich etc, and had a laugh with them, couldn’t have wanted for anything, kitchen was very well equipped, essentials were in the cupboards, wash up liq, condiments, cleaning stuff.”

Layout is very well thought through. Defo stay there again.

The property

A fantastic and central ground-floor apartment resting in the coastal village of Benllech, situated on the Isle of Anglesey, with views of the beautiful beach.

Perfect for hosting two couples or a family of four, you are within easy reach of all amenities, as well as surrounding villages and towns to explore.

Enter the apartment building and head down the communal hallway to find the front door; after a busy day of excitement head straight down the hall into the living room/diner, finding two plush sofas to settle on amidst neutral hues within the decor, and views from the patio door out to the sea.

Be charmed by the simple yet elegant style here, and feel a homely comfort from the electric fire, while you watch TV in the evening, benefitting from Freeview and a DVD player.

You can dine in here too, with a lovely dining table and chairs, or use it for setting up a family board game, with the second dining area in the kitchen/diner providing you with more options.

Find all the appliances you need within the excellent fitted kitchen, including an integrated fridge/freezer and an electric oven and gas hob, so whether it's cooked breakfasts, packing picnics or preparing a romantic meal, you have it all at your fingertips.

Sit out in the pretty front patio and lawn space, offering splendid views to the beach and sea beyond, providing a perfect spot to both start and end the day.

Rest in one of the two bedrooms, with the master bedroom enjoying a fabulous super-king-size bed, large flat screen TV, ample storage and an en-suite shower room.

While the second bedroom can be a super-king-size or a twin bedroom, thanks to the zip/link features, with a small TV in here too, and served by the excellent bathroom with a bath and shower over, along with heated rail to keep your towel toasty.

Step out of the apartment and stroll to the nearby amenities when you need any supplies, with everything just a stone's throw away, as well as restaurants and cafés being found along the beachfront too.

The beach is a perfect place to enjoy a sunny day, being one of the island's most popular beaches, it has fine golden sands and clear waters providing safe bathing and paddling, ideal for families.

Visit the beach at Red Wharf Bay further south which is a designated nature reserve, and home to an abundance of birdlife.

The nearest golf club is over at Storws Wen Golf Club, home to a nine-hole course, so you can practice your putting, or for coastal scenery while you perfect your swing, drive ten miles up to Bull Bay Golf Club where an 18-hole course promises a treat.

While you're on the north coast, visit the pretty town of Amlwch and Amlwch Port, with history of the copper mining in Anglesey available to learn about in the Copper Kingdom.

Head down to Beaumaris and book an exciting boat trip with Seacoast Safaris, taking you out to Puffin Island, also known as Ynys Seiriol in Welsh, to see a variety of sea birds.
