    Just spent a lovely relaxing week at Awel Mon .Excellent property,superbly renovated,spotlessly clean.Good location close to shops and beach .The owner Graham was very helpful and made us feel welcome.There was also a great hot tub to relax in .Would certainly recommend and will return.

The property

This superb, spacious, detached house with luxury hot tub is located on the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, two minutes’ walk from the centre of Benllech, on the north coast of Anglesey.

This lovely cottage is close to the ever-popular sandy Blue Flag beach and coastal path and is ideal for families and friends to explore this lovely part of the country.

Three external steps lead up to the house and you enter into a modern stylish hallway with double doors opening into the welcoming sitting room, which offers a bright and airy space in which to relax and unwind.

Across the hallway are two ground floor bedrooms, two furnished with a king-size bed and the other with a twin bedroom, with two offering zip/link options for added flexibility to the accommodation.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is stylish and contemporary, with glazed doors opening onto a Juliet balcony and providing superb views across Red Wharf Bay.

This bedroom also has the added benefit of a private en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and stylish, modern fittings.

Downstairs, the kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to provide all the home comforts you will need for an enjoyable stay, and opens into a spacious dining room with high ceiling and double French doors onto the side patio, inviting you to make use of the enclosed garden for sunbathing or a barbecue.

A large family bathroom completes the internal accommodation, with a corner bath, separate shower cubicle and high quality fixtures and fittings.

Outside, the gardens are easily maintained with block paving and flagged patio to the side and rear and lawns to the front, with pretty shrub borders and a couple of apple trees.

However, the main attraction outside has to be the superb, bubbling hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach or exploring Anglesey and its stunning coastline and coves.

Take a trip into Bellech where you will find shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants together with a sandy beach for swimming, windsurfing and sea fishing.

There are some excellent golf courses within easy reach of this lovely cottage, and cliff-top walks will lead to quaint coastal pubs, where you can enjoy excellent food and a refreshing pint before walking home.

There are many places to visit with lots of sandy beaches, the National Trust owned Plas Newydd country house and, of course, Anglesey Sea Zoo.

Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
