“This was a lovely cottage and in a superb location everything you need is right on your doorstep we had a lovely week in benllech and very dog friendly however couple of problems with the cottage the dishwasher didn't work which wouldn't be a big problem but the drains need sorting out they were backing up every morning for 3 hrs the sink in the kitchen would fill with sewerage smells and filthy water not healthy!”

!!! Shame these problems need sorting very quick

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We have been working on the issues raised and I can confirm that the drains have been thoroughly cleaned and no sewage smell remains and there is no back-up in the drains. Thank you for raising this issue we appreciate all feedback left. - Sykes owner relations
