  • "A fantastic property ideal for multi generational families to enjoy."

Children well catered for with a wide selection of games and books to enjoy. Plenty of space for all to relax and unwind. Property clean and well presented and beds very comfortable. Well positioned and local facilities close by. A fantastic staycation enjoyed by all.

  • "The proximity of the house to a busy and noisy main road with heavy volumes of traffic spoilt the enjoyment of the garden area which fronted directly onto the road."

The lack of any barbecue equipment was a negative factor. The general quality of the accommodation was excellent otherwise.

  • "Dragon's Den is an ideal property for a family get together - lots of indoor and outdoor space for everyone and plenty of activities for children and adults."

The kitchen facilities are excellent - we particularly appreciated the large freezer and fridge storage space for our huge supermarket food deliveries! Only a short walk (downhill) to Benllech beach with it's sand, stream and rock pools.

  • "Being a party of 10 adults we expected to be able to congregate together in one room in comfort as we have on other similar holidays."

In this property this was not feasible which led to some disappointment. Another item that disappointed us was the fact we couldn't control the central heating. During our stay we contacted the housekeeper who came to try and sort the heating for us but without any long term effect. She was very cooperative when we had the query. Out conclusion was the heating is controlled remotely so nobody only the owners had control. We were glad that the weather during our stay was quite mild don't know how we would have felt had it been colder.

  • "Dragon's Den is a large, lovely, homely well equipped house."

Our party of three generations were well catered for and the ground floor bedroom, second kitchen and second lounge was like an apartment in itself. Nice touches like the Welsh Cakes and bottle of wine were welcome as were the children's toys and beach toys. Located centrally in Benllech for all amenities. Plenty of space for our family of 8 and our family pet dog. Highly recommended. Would love to return.

  • "Lovely house in centre of Benllech."

No barbecue but took our own. Noisy road if sat in garden but that's what you get to be handy for all the town has to offer. Sun in garden all day long. Loads of parking. Very well equipped and 6 bathrooms in total. Ideal for group with all age ranges.

  • "Dragon's Den was a very spacious house, perfect for a 4 generation holiday."

It was extremely well equipped, more so than any other holiday rental we have ever used, and very comfortable with all bedrooms en suite and a second lounge where we 'oldies' could escape if we needed a few minutes peace and quiet. The children enjoyed the boxes of toys and playing in the garden. Close to beaches, shops, places to eat, and a great local butcher.

  • "Dragon's Den is an excellent property."

It is very spacious, well-equipped and perfect for family get-togethers. It was pleasing that all the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom and we liked the fact that there were 2 lounges and 2 kitchens. We also liked the thoughtful touches like the children's playroom with toys and interesting books. Thanks also for the welsh cakes, milk and wine. A lovely property!

Kitchen was packed with crockery, glasses and utensils. Games provided . Just a lovely house with a sea view!

  • "Very good house in terms of layout and facilities."

But next to a main road and not really suitable to leave our dogs unattended. The entrance porch had not been swept out so full of leaves and grit and 1 bed not made up A table sits in the front garden but again not really good as your are sat next to a very busy and noisy road, we never used it.. No facility to sit out under an umbrella as we have been able to in other Menai houses.Quite a steep walk to beach and across the main road so used car more than expected.Did not quite get the waste disposal as a Biffa bin was seemingly the total waste bin. Smelly bins in street outside gate with number 88 on them but not emptied whilst we were there..Suggest the owner creates a sitting area outside the dining room window Afternoon at the Outbuildings was outstanding.

  • "The house was well presented when we arrived and proved to have everything we would need for our holiday."

Plenty of space for everyone with two sitting rooms and extra seating in hall areas. I really liked the extra touches, such as Easter gifts for the children, equipment for on the beach play (buckets and spades etc) and a small library of books for both adults and children. The weather wasn't as good as we would have liked but the house was always warm and comfortable.
