The property

This superb ground floor holiday apartment is situated in the heart of the popular seaside town of Benllech on the Isle of Anglesey, located on a quiet road just off the beachfront.

The apartment is the perfect retreat for couples and families wishing to enjoy the delights of this friendly seaside resort, and as the name suggests, the beach is only 200 yards away, so you are in the ideal location for the kids to enjoy themselves from dawn to dusk.

As the apartment is set entirely over the ground floor it is also perfect for older members of the family or those who find stairs difficult.

A private entrance door leads into a generous hallway, extending to the light and bright open plan living accommodation which provides a fantastic sociable area and entertaining space.

Here you will find a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar which has granite work surfaces, opening into a dining area and sitting area with doors out to an enclosed, covered patio area with glass balustrade and furniture, a lovely outdoor seating area where you can enjoy that early morning cup of coffee against the backdrop of glimpses of Benllech Beach and out across the Irish Sea.

The two bedrooms are nicely furnished and styled to provide everything you'll need.

The master bedroom benefits from full-length windows and the second bedroom offers a degree of flexibility with an adult bunk bed and a single bed.

The bathroom, which is modern and stylish, completes this delightful seaside apartment.

With the coastal path running past the end of the road, you can access miles of walks and explore the coves dotted along this glorious stretch of coastline.

Benllech has a beautiful, long sandy beach with shops, cafés and a picnic area, whilst in the village centre are further shops, pubs and restaurants for you to enjoy.

This lovely apartment provides a perfect base for exploring Anglesey, and of course the splendour of the Snowdonia National Park.

A welcoming seaside apartment, ideal for exploring this lovely part of the country all year round.
