"The property is a beautiful barn conversion done to a high standard."
There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, tv etc. We would have preferred a king bed to the standard double. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed being visited by the hens (we didn’t feed them). However, we were disappointed to find no cleaning materials whatsoever, only empty bottles in the drawer, no washing up liquid, j cloths or the like. All properties I’ve ever rented have had these basics. In addition the oven was very grubby and the grill pan appeared never to have been cleaned. The wood burning stove which we didn’t use still contained all the ash from a previous occupant. There was talk of a welcome pack on the note on the wall but this did not exist - not even a dishwasher tab to start you off. It was a shame to see such a lovely property let down by a lack of attention. Despite this our holiday was very enjoyable.

"Beautiful property in a very peaceful location."
Generally very clean apart from the microwave was very dirty with splattered food and the coffee table , leather sofa and foot stool were all grubby . Had to give them a good clean on arrival . Just needs more attention when cleaning .
Very comfortable lounge and the bed was lovely.
Loved the hens greeting us at the doors every morning .

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
The cottage was lovely throughout. Plenty of space and they had thought of most things. I would definitely stay again. The chickens outside were a particular treat! They were very friendly indeed which our Son loved. If I were to make any suggestions it would be to change the double bed for a king or superking as I had to use one of the single beds instead of sharing with my husband as we’re so used to a superking at home. The bath became very slippery once wet so perhaps some traction grips and a handrail would be beneficial. Those are the only things I can possibly suggest to improve the stay and I only mention those as a help to the owners. It was wonderful there and I would recommend it to all my friends. Infact I have! You won’t be disappointed. The log burner is particularly wonderful. The location is also perfect!

"A beautifully clean and spacious fantastic holiday hideaway off the beaten track which can be used as a base to reach all the best beaches on Anglesey."
Very relaxing location - peaceful and secluded
Lovely barn conversion with mod cons.
The little touches around Beudy Bodeilio meant that you keep finding different views out towards the farm; fields; sheep and chickens from all directions - stunning.
We will look forward to returning in the Autumn/Winter

"What a beautiful barn conversion, it was just what we wanted a perfect rural quiet location."
Beautiful views and lots of wildlife we saw hares, partridge and bats from the lounge. The stars were amazing at night so clear.
We loved the minimalist design of the barn and the beautiful slate and oak flooring, we didn’t need the heating but the hot water was plentiful.
Our grandson is two and he loved it as well especially the chickens who arrived every morning to say hello

"The cottage was lovely, nice and clean and very comfortable."
Really lovely to come home to after a busy day out and about. However, the sofa bed isn’t really big enough to sleep 2 and is very uncomfortable even when only sleeping 1(we are a family of 5).
We had a lovely holiday though & we LOVED the wild garden and all the wildlife that comes with it.

"Fantastic barn in a lovely, secluded location."
Very spacious and well equipped, modern kitchen. We loved the log burner! Plenty of towels and extra blankets (had we needed them), although the barn was very warm at night so weren’t cold at all. Was great to have the kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, bin liners etc. I took our own tea towels etc but there were some provided. Disappointed that we couldn’t open the bi fold doors out onto the patio. It did state in the manual that they were very stiff and was hesitant to push them too hard for fear of breaking them. We had lovely weather so was just a pity we couldn’t make use of them while having breakfast etc. Only other small issue was (and appreciate that it’s a barn so will get dusty, but there were lots of thick cobwebs, we actually hoovered on the second day to get rid of them) may be that our standards are too high, as overall was a really lovely holiday and we would definitely return. Anglesey is beautiful and so many lovely beaches, places to see! Plas Cadnant hidden gardens on the Menai are a must. They are stunning.

"We did find a couple of things that were minor and in no way affected our holiday, we loved this place and the amazing location."
Firstly we found that the outside rubbish bins were full, and we were unsure of what day the refuse collection took place, secondly there was some litter left by the previous occupants, and thirdly there wasn't enough bedding and towels for us. even though the booking was for 2 adults and 3 children, however this wasn't Huge problem.
Make no mistake, this barn conversion is fantastic, the location is fantastic, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, its a really comfortable home from home, we would definitely book this place again.

"Great location, fantastic for kids as the converted barn is on a working farm with sheep and chickens."
My little one loved it! Excellent gated area at the back.
One thing I will say is make sure you bring EVERYTHING with you - from toilet roll to coffee. An ironing board or iron is also not provided. We also brought our own fan as it was Summer and we are so glad we did as the cottage is very warm. Also, the cottage has no WiFi or land-line and we struggled to get any form of mobile phone signal inside the property. We didn't mind as it was family time but it's worth noting.
Overall, a marvellous stay and we will be back!
