  • "The property was ideal and in walking distance to the village."

Stunning views. We certainly will be back.

  • "We had a wonderful stay at Pattaya."

There were wonderful views from the lounge which were enjoyed all day long. When we arrived the cottage was invitingly warm and well lit with beautiful Christmas decorations and a welcome gift of wine and Welsh cakes. It was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. We will most definitely return. Thank you...

  • "Location perfect."

views stunning, house great overall. Few problems. 1). Tiny freezer takes a few days to freeze something. 2). En-suite fan not working. 3). En-suite showervery dangerous. Right hand knob is temperature control and goes up to luke warm. To get hotter water the left hand knob for water flow needs to be turned up. Be very, very careful as this increases temperature to scalding hot! If you open front or back door the heater near the doors will trip. Turn off and back on after door closed to get heat again. Really enjoyed our stay and angelsey so nearby was added bonus!

  • "Pattaya is in a great position - quiet estate, walks for the dogs, good pub and restaurant and cafe in walking distance."

Easy access to tourist spots. The house works well with the bedrooms downstairs, thus enjoying uninterrupted views of the estuary from the lounge and balcony. Whatever the weather there was something to watch, and the sunsets were just fabulous.

  • "Second time at Pataya."

The view is mind blowing and great in all weather! Very comfortable, and a great base from which to visit so many of Wales' attractions.

  • "What makes this property amazing is the view from the upstairs balcony."

It is constantly changing with yachts sailing past and views across to Anglesey. The previous reviewer is correct when saying there needs to be new photos of the lounge as there have obviously been improvements. The kitchen should be the next for improvement. The bedrooms were comfortable as were the beds and the bathrooms clean. The area around the complex was very well kept with lovely gardens. The walk to Port Dinorwic was rewarded with a cafe ( not open on Monday and Tuesday).A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

  • "The view from this apartment was a real tonic after lockdown."

It was a great place to spend the evenings after walking on Anglesey. Y Felinheli has a quaint creek to explore and there's a cafe, restaurant, couple of pubs and a shop - there's even a little shingle beach. There's also a regular bus to Caernarfon and Bangor. Time saving tip - If you catch the number 5 bus to Bangor then just before you reach the town centre you can leap off at the Morrisons supermarket, cross over the road (check for traffic!) and at the bus stop opposite catch one of the regular buses going over to Anglesey.

  • "As soon as we arrived, we noticed that many of the rooms, especially the lounge, had been updated from the photos we had seen on the website, which was a lovely surprise."

The property was warm and welcoming and really cosy with a cabin-like feel. The kitchen was very well equipped, and is possibly the next thing in the property that needs updating. The view of the Menai Strait is absolutely fantastic and it was very relaxing to sit out and admire the view. We would recommend this to anyone and we look forward to staying again.

  • "Holiday cottage location is excellent lovely views from balcony but is in need of a general updating lounge settees comfortable but well worn Kitchen has most things you need but cupboards need sorting cleaning products and glasses in airing cupboard not really what you expect to find cooker is ok but again dated."

Large double bedroom is fine except for the en-suite shower is a nightmare owners recognise this and leave instructions on how to use but not a lot of good if you want a quick shower. No details on how to get on internet are now as we have left them. Vacuum cleaner no charger replacement cleaner smelt and very hard to use only a little table ironing board. The cottage could be improved with not a lot of cost but with a bit more thought. Before Covid we went away at least 8 weeks a year so hopefully owners take our view seriously and make some improvements as it could be really nice
