The Copper Kingdom Centre based in Amlwch Port tells the story of how this small corner of Wales was at one time producing more copper than any other mine in the world, with copper mined at Parys Mountain being taken to Amlwch Port where it was then shipped around the world.
Within an easy driving distance of just under 9-miles, is the town of Benllech where you will find one of the island's most popular beaches, Benllech Beach with fine golden sand and clear blue waters, all very safe for bathing and paddling.
