The first room you step into on the ground floor is the sitting room offering a cosy woodburner and then next to this is the dining room with a superb feature AGA stove.
The final room on the ground floor is a compact kitchen with a door out to the rear enclosed garden.
Up the stairs are the three bedrooms, including a master double with TV and a bathroom with shower over.
The village of Llangoed has a Post Office and shop, and the town of Beaumaris has further amenities along with a 13th century castle and Georgian and early Victorian houses.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at the extreme south-eastern corner of the Isle of Anglesey, idyllic Penmon overlooks a rocky shoreline with footpaths and rockpools for visitors to enjoy.
