One of three character, stone-built barn conversions set around a central courtyard, on the owner's working livestock and arable farm, in a fantastic coastal location on the outskirts of the pretty village of Llangoed near Beaumaris in Anglesey.

Modern and stylish throughout, this terraced cottage offers a spacious destination for walkers and holidaymakers all year round.

Entering into a welcoming sitting room with dining area, you will immediately notice the high ceiling giving a feeling of magnitude to the room, with two steps leading down to the modern fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and external glazed door.

Also on the ground floor is a shower room with contemporary styling, and carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor bedroom which is furnished with a wooden king-size bed.

The cottage is warmed downstairs with underfloor heating, with a bedroom radiator upstairs.

To the front of the cottage is an shared courtyard with a slate chipping patio offering seating to enjoy the sea views ahead, and double patio doors leading back into the sitting room.

The Anglesey Coastal Path passes close to the cottage opening up 125 miles of stunning coastal walks and clifftop scenery, as well as access to unspoilt beaches around the Penmon headland.

The pretty town of Beaumaris is a short drive away and offers an extensive choice of restaurants and pubs, as well as craft and boutique shops along with the medieval moated castle.

There are watersports aplenty on the Menai Straits, including fishing trips, Puffin Island Tours and even power boat rib rides for the adrenaline junky.
