This is a fantastic cottage in a central location and is ideal for friends and family to enjoy all year round, being situated an equal distance between the picturesque harbour port of Amwlch and the ever-popular seaside town of Rhosneigr.
This wonderful, single-storey cottage is ideal for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility as it has a gently ramped entrance, leading through double doors into a wide sun room, which then opens into a spacious, fitted kitchen/diner with a large dining table, perfect to enjoy social family meals around.
The kitchen is well-equipped with ample appliances and cupboard space, as well as enjoying the warmth of a woodburner, and a wide arch leads through to the inviting sitting room with leather corner sofa and a decorative fireplace.
A hallway leads through to three of the four bedrooms, with the master room benefiting from a king-size bed and en-suite wet room shower, and a suspended ceiling grab handle for self-assistance onto the WC, as well as use of a shower wheelchair and toilet commode, which can be provided if required.
A twin bedroom and two single bedrooms share the family bathroom with its large corner bath, also supplied with a suspended ceiling grab handle, for ease of access into the bath.
Outside this lovely cottage, far-stretching country views can be enjoyed from the lawned front garden, which is fully enclosed to allow children to play safely and to prevent family pets roaming.
The rear patio is sheltered and offers an ideal barbecue area to sit in privacy and enjoy some alfresco dining in the summer evenings.
There are many activities available nearby, including fishing and clay pigeon shooting.
