The property

The Base is a ground floor, Manhattan-style cottage which is ideal for a getaway to explore Anglesey.

Located in Cemaes Bay, the most northerly village in Wales, the property is located in a peaceful road (about an 6 minute walk from all the amenities.

If you enjoy peace and quiet and like to take in all that nature has to offer, look no further!

The Property is owned and presented by the same owners as Smithy Cottage (ref: 935382), 1 Old Smithy (ref: 936123) and 32 Gwelfor (ref: 985627) .

Not surprisingly then, the property is fitted out to a very high standard where comfort and luxury is the only standard.

There is an open plan living area, which incorporates a stylish, modern fitted kitchen, dining table etc..

There is also a comfy sofa which converts to a sofa-bed.

Patio doors lead to a large private deck area with breath-taking views of the welsh countryside.

The shower room has a range of fitted furniture and a powerful Aqualisa shower.

The shower tray is 0.4cm high making it ideal for people with mobility issues.

The shower room has opening windows.

The bedroom is accessed from the living area and continues the modern theme, with high quality bed and bedding, and a range of oak-topped marine-blue furniture.

The property enjoys off road parking, superfast broadband, sky tv, Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave and a full oven/grill.

There is also access to a modern washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property is about a 3 minute walk from Smithy Cottage and 1 Old Smithy which is at the top of the high street.

Gwelfor is about 6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car.

The shops and pubs are about a 6/8 minute walk away including a fish and chip shop.

The village is delightful and benefits from a beautiful harbour and is surrounded by a beautiful coastline with some amazing coastal paths.
