We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Awel Y Mor, it was a lovely cottage, very clean and such a great location. We loved Cemaes Bay too and will be definitely returning.

The property

A lovely, contemporary, detached cottage, with footpath access to the beach, set on the outskirts of the popular coastal village of Cemaes Bay, on the picturesque Isle of Anglesey.

Located a short stroll from the village centre and only 5 minutes' walk through the garden gate along a country path to the headland and sandy cove in Cemaes Bay, this cottage is in an ideal location for a family beach, cycling or walking holiday.

Entering into a modern hall, the property has a welcoming and tranquil feel straight away, with a social sitting room with a remote control electric fire and an arch into the dining area.

This enjoys through-light from the front window and rear patio doors, and leads to a well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out kitchen and utility.

There is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, ideal for those with limited mobility if required, and the two first floor bedrooms share a further family bathroom, providing fantastic accommodation to suit most groups.

The rear garden is fully enclosed, making it safe for children and pets alike, and the elevated decking also has stairgates to provide safety and security for your young family members.

The cottage is set on a cul-de-sac, making it safe and quiet, and offering a superb base to explore the local area, walk sections of the Anglesey Coastal Path, or enjoy days out in the beauty of the Anglesey and North Wales countryside.

This delightful holiday cottage will have you returning again and again.
